Naukri Mitra is an app meant to train young students in appearing for interviews. The app starts with basic knowledge about the student and asks questions based on this knowledge. At the end of each session, the app updates the knowledge it has about the student and uses this to continue training.

Currently the app is in English and uses text. It will soon be modified to be available in other languages like Gujarati and will use voice for interaction. A final version will involve an avatar acting like an interviewer and multiple interviewers with different qualities and personalities.
